Product Availability and Pricing
With the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on our site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. We do not offer post-order price matching. The price you paid when you placed your order was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. Placing an item in your cart or wish list doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. While we make every attempt to avoid errors, they may occur. Please remember we are human. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur. Our prices are subject to change without notice. KeyCap Kings reserves the right to correct any incorrect pricing that may be posted on our website.
Exchange Policy:
KeyCap Kings extends all our customers a 7 day exchange policy for an item of equal or greater value, less shipping fees, effective the date of delivery of your item. If free shipping was offered in the original shipment, a flat $12 fee will be deducted from your exchange order. You must notify KeyCap Kings of your request to exchange within 24 hours of the delivery date in order to receive the required exchange authorization number. All items sent in for exchange must be in new and unused condition. Any balance will be charged to the same payment method originally used to place your order. Shipping fees for all exchange orders will be applicable. SPECIAL ORDERS, ENGRAVED, PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.
How to make an exchange:
- Email Customer Service: For an exchange request, please contact KeyCap Kings via email (keycapkings@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery of your order and include your order number. Once the exchange request is approved, complete instructions, including your exchange authorization number, will be emailed back to you.
- Pack Your Exchange: Please enclose your item and packaging (please make sure that the item you are sending back is in new and unused condition) into a shipping box with your exchange authorization number written on the outside of the package.
- Ship your Exchange: As stated above, complete instructions will be emailed for the exchange shipping. Ship your exchange through a traceable method like UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service (For your protection, please use a method that includes tracking or delivery confirmation). If an is received with visible signs of damage, your exchange offer will be null and void and customer will be responsible for shipping fees to have item shipped back.
We will not accept any packages sent without proper authorization. Any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused, shipped back or considered abandoned.
